Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive regional communications strategies aligned with company goals.
  • •Identify tools and best practices in communications and implement new ways of working to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Establish KPIs and use data to measure effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and lead positive change.
  • •Maintain and update critical processes and procedures, and promote adherence across the communications team.
  • •Evolve the EMEAI crisis communications program (governance, playbooks, escalation protocols, training) and coordinate agency support for Netherlands crisis communications and media/speaker training.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or a related field.

  • •Fluency in Dutch and near-fluency in English.

  • •Experience with project or program management in complex organizations.
