Job Summary

Support Communications EMEAI leadership by establishing processes, priorities, and guardrails for regional communications strategy. Serve as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, using data and KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Evolve the EMEAI crisis communications program with governance, playbooks, escalation protocols, training, and preparedness activities, and act as (crisis) communications lead for the Netherlands as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive regional communications strategies aligned with company goals.
•Identify tools and best practices in communications and implement new ways of working to drive continuous improvement.
•Establish KPIs and use data to measure effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and lead positive change.
•Maintain and update critical processes and procedures, and promote adherence across the communications team.
•Evolve the EMEAI crisis communications program (governance, playbooks, escalation protocols, training) and coordinate agency support for Netherlands crisis communications and media/speaker training.

•Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or a related field.
•8+ years of experience in a related communications field.

•Experience with project or program management in complex organizations.
