Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for all open roles, partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, create recruitment strategies, and manage the full candidate and offer process. Build and nurture pipelines for all levels through research, sourcing, exploratory interviews, and ongoing follow-ups. Drive employer branding initiatives and manage external recruiting agency relationships. Plan and execute local and global HR recruiting projects, improving tools and internal mobility outcomes.
