Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery on large or complex projects.
  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards.
  • •Manage all aspects of the project, including internal teams and consultant teams, to deliver quality outputs on time.
  • •Manage commissions, cashflows, and budgets; assist with resourcing and superintendent recommendations.
  • •Train and develop junior staff and transfer skills to graduates and assistant project managers.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 7 years’ experience from a client-side project management consultancy.
  • •Construction project management experience across commercial occupier projects.
  • •Relevant tertiary qualification related to Construction Project Management.
  • •Experience managing quality, safety, health and environment issues, including risk identification and management.
  • •Ability to manage the change control process and produce formal project progress and other reports.
