Senior Instructor - Water Sport (SA)

Lead and oversee premium water sports instruction and guest experiences across the designated asset. Serve as the senior on-water authority, ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures, and mentor junior instructors. Support pre-opening setup, testing, training, and operational readiness, then supervise daily activities post-opening with advanced instruction across multiple disciplines. Maintain guest engagement, supervise equipment readiness, and enforce health, safety, environment, and reporting standards.
