Key Responsibilities

•Partner with dental professionals in an assigned territory to link and promote the Philips Sonicare, Philips Zoom, and Oral Healthcare portfolios.
•Achieve established revenue growth expectations for dental practices within the assigned territory.
•Sell Philips Oral Healthcare products to dental professionals for dispensing or patient use.
•Demonstrate product knowledge and clinical significance behind Sonicare power toothbrush and Zoom Whitening products.
•Drive direct B2B selling, professional product detailing, brand recommendations (MOR), and meet/exceed direct sales targets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 121,000 - 136,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent (preferred) or 4+ years of field sales experience.
•Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills, with ability to quickly learn new concepts.
•Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
•Ability to navigate and leverage CRM and ERP platforms, including Salesforce and SAP, to manage customer relationships and order processing.
•Ability to successfully perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for a Sales position, with or without accommodation.
