Key Responsibilities

•Assess current architecture landscape, initiatives and risks; define a pragmatic 3–6 month roadmap aligned with IT and cybersecurity strategy
•Lead, support and develop a team of network and security architects (4 people); clarify priorities and ensure day-to-day continuity
•Define and drive architecture strategy for network & security domains (LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, SSE and datacenters) with a focus on immediate impact
•Provide high-level expertise and escalation support to ensure service stability and risk mitigation
•Coordinate with stakeholders (cybersecurity, operations, external vendors); deliver an organized handover package for permanent manager

Key Requirements

•10+ years of Enterprise networking experience with significant architecture experience and team leadership
•Proven ability to join complex organizations quickly (interim/transition/turnaround) and deliver in short timelines
•Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders in an international environment; capable of challenging, arbitrate and decisions
•Strong prioritization skills and pragmatic balance of long-term principles with operational constraints
•Fluent English (written and spoken)
