Job Summary

Build and scale core infrastructure services for a high-performance, data-intensive SaaS platform as part of a fully remote, cross-functional backend team. You’ll design and develop scalable, highly available applications, solve infrastructure issues post-release, and improve CI/CD through DevOps automation. Lead architecture discussions with product owners and engineering leadership, run post-mortems to prevent failures, and evaluate tools to advance continuous improvement.

•Collaborate on architecture, design, and development of scalable, highly available applications and services.
•Solve complex infrastructure problems with code and provide post-release support for scalable applications.
•Improve DevOps practices and tooling by enhancing CI/CD pipeline robustness through automation.
•Drive technology design and present architecture solution options to product owners and engineering leadership.
•Conduct post-mortems, champion continuous improvement, and evaluate tools/technologies to solve concrete business problems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,960 - 203,940 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of backend programming experience, with Go preferred (also Python, PHP, Java, etc.).
•2+ years with MySQL, caching technologies such as Redis, and non-relational data storage solutions.
•Strong understanding of database schema design, caching, and scalability.
•Strong understanding of communication protocols (TCP, RPC, etc.) and distributed systems.
•Experience with Kubernetes strongly preferred; plus Linux, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker).
