Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and train supervisors across production paperwork, yields, time and attendance, discipline, motivation, turnover, absenteeism, safety, and problem solving.
  • •Ensure compliance and coordination with FDA and OSHA requirements and maintain high competence in safety, housekeeping, sanitation, security, and food safety.
  • •Lead cross-functional execution to meet production, food safety, yield, and metrics goals while maintaining labor standards and quality performance.
  • •Lead problem-solving initiatives with timely follow-up, monitor plant metrics, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Coach front-line supervisors, assist with production and employee concerns, execute projects to completion, and perform special projects as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •3+ years in a supervisory role with general knowledge of production techniques, yields, quality, and USDA and OSHA regulations.

  • •HACCP certification a plus, including understanding of basic HACCP principles and CCP monitoring/verification.
  • •Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to access production areas for audits and inspections and tolerate facility environmental conditions.
