•Manage and provide leadership for community economic development strategy, planning, and implementation to support customer growth and service-territory vitality.
•Lead customer program and service development, including customer account reviews using market analysis and competitive intelligence for future load growth.
•Represent the company to municipal, local, and state officials and at conferences/events to promote the service area and regional business climate.
•Support local communities with business and industrial park planning, including guidance on grants, loans, incentives, and land-use issues.
•Supervise the database and research team and lead research/process development initiatives to improve economic development strategies and programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of supervisory experience or equivalent leadership experience.
•Experience in economic development, community/government relations, or industrial/community/commercial customer relations or account management.
•Bachelor’s degree emphasis in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
•Associate degree emphasis in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
•Ability to lead and develop a team and manage performance goals and feedback.
