Job Summary

Lead AI enablement and solutions engineering across the organization by configuring AI tools, building bespoke AI-powered solutions, and creating scalable, templatized workflows. •Requirements Gathering & Enablement: Embed with internal teams to understand workflows, gather requirements, identify high-impact AI use cases, and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
•Lead Office Hours & Hackathons: Own AI office hours and company-wide AI hackathons to foster experimentation and knowledge sharing.
•AI Tool Configuration & Evaluation: Evaluate, configure, and recommend AI tools and platforms; stay updated on tooling landscape and advise build-vs-buy decisions.
•Build Bespoke AI Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy custom AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and automation frameworks.
•Create Resources & Artifacts: Develop reusable playbooks, prompt libraries, workflow templates, how-to guides, and reference architectures.

Key Requirements

•5-7+ years of experience in engineering, solutions engineering, or technical enablement roles with a track record of deploying productive solutions
•4+ years of hands-on experience developing AI-centric products and solutions including ML, generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures
•Deep proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API; familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
•Ability to lead enablement programs (office hours, hackathons, training) and create scalable documentation/resources
•Experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translating them into well-scoped technical solutions
