Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service machines, including cleaning, oiling, lubricating, and belt changes as needed.
  • •Identify root causes of unexpected breakdowns, repair quickly and efficiently to decrease downtime.
  • •Record and report damaged or worn parts, ordering and installing replacement parts.
  • •Clean, organize, inventory, and maintain shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.
  • •Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance and collaborate on new products, modifications, and test runs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Vocational certificate in an appropriate field (e.g., welding, maintenance, electrical) preferred.
  • •Mechanically inclined with relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints to diagnose manufacturing equipment.
  • •Ability to take and pass internal required testing.
