Job Summary

Drive TikTok LIVE LATAM growth by recruiting, retaining, and scaling livestream-focused agencies and MCNs. Lead day-to-day agency partnerships through incentive design, LIVE showcases, cross-functional campaigns, and performance analytics. Build and deliver an agency empowerment program that transfers best practices, improves creators’ LIVE content performance, and increases agency revenue potential through training and practical know-how.

Key Responsibilities

•Design TikTok LIVE LATAM’s agency growth strategy for recruiting, retaining, and helping agencies scale on the platform.
•Create agency benefit systems and growth programs to incentivize performance and sustainable revenue growth.
•Conduct day-to-day management with agency managers and their creators to implement and iterate strategic programs and deliver results.
•Build LIVE showcases with successful agencies and collaborate on in-app and out-of-app campaigns to drive participation and results.
•Design and facilitate an agency empowerment program, including knowledge transfer and training to improve creator performance and revenue generation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•More than 2 years of experience in creator management, especially managing influencer agencies and/or MCNs.
•Strong understanding of the content industry, creator economy, and business acumen for emerging industries.
•Professional, patient, and effective communication with talents/influencers.
•Result-oriented, data-driven operations with proficiency in both verbal and written English and Spanish.
