Job Summary

Support the Universal Licensing team by assisting category, franchise retail & marketing, and product development activities for lifestyle and hardlines products. Help with partner acquisition and brand collaborations, including market analysis, benchmarking, and meeting preparation. Create and refine pitch and presentation materials, run social-media-focused campaign support, and assist with store checks, promotions tracking, trend research, and product catalogue reviews. Also contribute to event and office management.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Category, Franchise Retail & Marketing, and Product Development teams across lifestyle and hardlines product categories.
•Support brand collaborations and acquisition of new partners through market analysis, benchmarking, and meeting preparation.
•Help the Franchise Retail Marketing team prepare pitch presentation materials, perform store checks, and track retail promotions.
•Support day-to-day marketing operations by planning, executing, and documenting campaigns with a focus on social media.
•Assist with product catalogues, review and approval of licensed products, plus trend and market research and event/office management.

Key Requirements

•Marketing background with an interest in learning about product licensing and strong social media skills.
•Enthusiasm for product and graphic design, trends, and innovation (film, TV, and fashion interest is a plus).
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Design Packages, and experience creating presentations with PowerPoint or Keynote.
•Fluent German and English, with strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize.
•Must be enrolled at a university and provide a valid enrollment certificate.
