Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive profitable sales by meeting or exceeding store sales and performance goals and modeling customer service behaviors to achieve KPI targets.
  • •Train and coach associates and support onboarding for new hires while helping identify developmental opportunities with management.
  • •Support expense control and follow loss prevention programs, including preventing loss through established policies and procedures.
  • •Maintain operational excellence by ensuring store tasks and merchandise processes are completed timely, including paperwork and price/ticketing procedures.
  • •Execute and maintain store visual standards, including merchandising, housekeeping, and inventory management processes (including RFID-enabled processes), and supervise the store in the absence of a manager.
