Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead operations for the North America forward-deployed creative team.
  • •Define standards for how engagements are scoped, staffed, executed, and closed.
  • •Build capacity planning and resource allocation frameworks for concurrent client engagements.
  • •Partner with sales to structure paid trial engagements and ensure credible proof-of-concept delivery.
  • •Develop and maintain delivery artifacts (workflow maps, prompt frameworks, templates, QA checklists, onboarding playbooks) and codify learnings into reusable frameworks.
