  • •Collaborate to provide and improve manufacturing capability across manufacturing sites using benchmark methods in areas of responsibility.
  • •Manage execution of global business processes and ensure priorities align to Micron business plan or strategic objectives.
  • •Leverage internal and external resources to define and enable equipment roadmaps; improve equipment safety, best-known methods, and equipment utilization/throughput/cash cost.
  • •Interface with R&D and procurement to align technical requirements with forward technology and supplier strategies; work with EHSS process safety teams to meet safety requirements.
  • •Serve as tool owner for assigned post-E tools and lead/co-lead CST for post-E equipment; use AI/LLM capabilities to enhance work efficiency.

  • •Collaborate across global sites and cross-functional teams to align equipment roadmaps and manufacturing priorities with business objectives.
  • •Use world-wide resources to deliver industry benchmark methods and drive continuous improvement projects to timelines.
  • •Interface with R&D and suppliers to support future technology requirements, model of record requirements, and supplier engagement.
  • •Own and manage post-E tools (e.g., Laser mark, Mcure oven, Scanner, LPA, FLVI) and support tool roadmaps and program/process expectations.
