Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver system and user training for the DAM platform and promote best practices across user groups.
  • •Upload, ingest, tag, quality assure, and audit assets and metadata for completion and proper organization.
  • •Respond to and investigate end-user inquiries and requests, and raise incident tickets to technical support when needed.
  • •Follow documented operational procedures, work against SLAs, and manage shared inboxes and documentation for smooth delivery.
  • •Support reporting by tracking KPIs/platform usage metrics and collaborating with global teams to standardize processes.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of industry experience in media, digital asset management, librarian sciences, or archives (preferred).
  • •1-2 years of experience using a digital asset management system or related platforms (preferred).
  • •Acute attention to detail for process-oriented tasks and accurate tagging/metadata.
  • •Familiarity with DAM systems and strong understanding of media channels and file formats.
  • •Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel with large data sets, plus effective verbal and written communication.
