Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Equipment team to drive equipment performance continual improvements.
  • •Assess and audit workstation capacity with PEE/IE, identify throughput opportunities and risks, and develop action plans for cycle time and business plan goals.
  • •Partner with PIE/SIC on new technology node and new part types line readiness matrix.
  • •Manage area constraint improvements and coordinate area MAS scheduling, automation, and line management systems rollout to shift teams.
  • •Oversee tool qualification, release and install requirements, maintenance priorities, and collaborate with engineering on yield improvement and quality while planning resources and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to lead strategic and tactical planning and execution to meet business plan goals within budget.
  • •Experience in short- and mid-term capacity planning and workstation capacity assessment to improve throughput and cycle time.
  • •Strong capability to drive equipment performance continuous improvement and manage dynamic area constraint improvements.
  • •Experience coordinating new technology node and new part type readiness for line launch.
  • •Demonstrated digital/AI fluency to apply AI-enabled tools responsibly for operational problem-solving and continuous improvement.
