Key Responsibilities

  • •Support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational analysis for the manufacturing plant.
  • •Drive budgeting, forecasting, profit planning, and financial reporting processes for the plant.
  • •Analyze financial and operational performance to identify key drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, productivity, margins, and working capital performance to support decisions.
  • •Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards while delivering timely, accurate financial information to plant leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of progressive finance experience within a multinational organization.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience supporting a manufacturing environment.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP-based reporting and analysis is required.
  • •Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting experience.
  • •Manufacturing finance concepts including cost analysis, inventory management, variance analysis, and operational performance metrics.
