Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain operational dashboards, Power BI reports, and monitoring solutions for Network and Voice service health, trends, performance, risk, and compliance.
  • •Analyse operational and service data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and optimisation initiatives, delivering KPI and executive reporting.
  • •Develop, administer, and enhance PVT automation solutions and workflows, maintaining governance, documentation, and support processes.
  • •Provide ITSM governance and oversight, including Change Management, CAB support (where required), CMDB data quality, configuration standards, and audits.
  • •Coordinate vulnerability, MBLC compliance, and server patching governance; manage day-to-day service delivery governance, and review vendor SLAs and service exceptions to support improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Network Operations, IT Service Management, Technology Operations, Service Delivery, or similar operational governance environments.
  • •Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard development, automation, reporting, data analysis, and data visualisation.
  • •Sound understanding of ITSM processes such as Change Management, Configuration Management, service governance, and operational reporting.
  • •Experience supporting vulnerability management, server patching governance, compliance reporting, or security control remediation activities.
  • •Ability to work with CMDB data, service performance metrics, SLA reporting, and operational risk information to produce actionable insights.
