Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Building Services team by championing a client- and project-centred culture and representing the business as needed.
  • •Manage operational matters for day-to-day delivery, including team workload/utilisation, resource requirements, and UK best practice integration (BMS, SHEQ).
  • •Support and oversee operational reporting and risk management across projects, commercial performance, business risk, and employee performance/development.
  • •Lead commercial performance and financial governance for major projects and frameworks, including budgets, cost-to-complete forecasts, backlog, working capital, profitability, margin improvement, forecasting, invoicing strategy, and cash collection.
  • •Provide operational leadership for recruitment needs and HR activities including performance development, PDRs, training requirements, and SHEQ/BMS compliance within the team.
