Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document condition in accordance with Manheim standards.
  • •Verify vehicle identifiers (VINs, mileage, options) and ensure accurate entry into inspection systems.
  • •Safely locate, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer client lots.
  • •Engage dealer clients to build trust, maintain participation, and support territory coverage.
  • •Prepare daily activity/production reports and collaborate with Wholesale Specialists and other Manheim teams while following safety and compliance standards.

Key Requirements
