Key Responsibilities

•Manage daily SEO updates and provide guidance to editorial teams; actively optimize SEO titles for search engines and Google Discover.
•Develop creative strategies to drive sales via social media and other channels, based on analysis of past performance.
•Analyze performance and track key audience metrics across platforms, including weekly social media analysis and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
•Write and present performance reports for major events (e.g., Fashion Week, Cannes, Met Gala, Vogue World) and run post-event recaps with editorial teams.
•Produce and implement Vogue newsletters in close collaboration with editorial teams to guide content selection and improve audience engagement.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience for a website in a digital advertising agency, online marketing, or publishing company, with a strong understanding of audience development strategies.
•Proven ability to grow audience through social media and newsletters.
•Strong knowledge of SEO (natural search optimization).
•Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B testing strategies across platforms, especially for newsletters.
•Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills; experience with “test-and-learn” approaches is a plus.
