Key Responsibilities

  • •Keep SaaS and PaaS environments consistent to prevent configuration drift from becoming defects.
  • •Build automation for bug handling using agentic tooling (triage, reproduction, and routing without a human in the loop).
  • •Use agentic tools to resolve bugs directly by shipping fixes rather than handing off tickets.
  • •Run bug bashes on new features and make the practice repeatable for adoption by other teams.
  • •Own customer-facing bug reporting and communication using severity-weighted trends, hotspots, and quality reporting.

Key Requirements
