Own editorial strategy and day-to-day content operations across APAC markets, balancing creativity with commercial impact and local relevance. •Commission, optimize, and refresh content using editorial judgment, SEO skills, and performance insights.
•Find and brief freelance writers and editors, building relationships and keeping projects on schedule.
•Publish content and support colleagues while ensuring editorial workflows run smoothly during launches and migrations.
•Monitor content performance and use analytics to identify opportunities and shape future commissioning and optimization priorities.

•Hands-on experience with Contentful (or another CMS) and interest in AI to enhance editorial workflows.
•Ability to manage multiple markets, stakeholders, and deadlines while collaborating across time zones and cross-functional teams.
