Key Responsibilities

  • •Support SAP S/4HANA implementation for Hermes Americas and pre-induction projects.
  • •Act as the gatekeeper for all commerce systems integrations and maintain efficient end-to-end order flow.
  • •Oversee system configurations, developments, testing, enhancements, and new process flows and rules.
  • •Support data migration projects with focus on migration strategies, data integrity, validation, and performance impact.
  • •Plan and support updates/maintenance windows and build unit, integration, and UAT test scenarios.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in Retail IT.
  • •Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required (MBA or other master’s preferred).
  • •Experience with project management and delivering transformational change in IT.
  • •Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or similar Retail ERP systems.
  • •Knowledge of retail systems including Cegid POS, Magento, and mobile apps, plus familiarity with Manhattan Associates WMS.
