•Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution.
•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams.
•Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
•Prepare briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
•Work cross-functionally and identify/close execution gaps for urgent problems that don’t fit neatly into one department.

Key Requirements

•High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
•Clear writer, structured thinker, and strong follow-through operator.
•Ability to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
•Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities.
•Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
