  • •Support the establishment of governance and processes for BIM implementation throughout the program.
  • •Organize and lead BIM coordination workshops.
  • •Assist in developing model templates for structural, interior, and exterior architectural elements as well as MEP systems.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree plus 4 years of civil infrastructure experience with technical construction drawings and/or documents.
  • •Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered (e.g., college diploma plus additional years of experience).
  • •Experience working with technical construction drawings and/or documents.
  • •Proven experience with enterprise-grade document and construction management systems (preferably Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Maximo, and SharePoint).
  • •Proficiency in BIM design software, ideally Autodesk Revit, with experience in CADD/GIS (Bentley MicroStation, Open Roads Designer, ESRI ArcGIS) and strong stakeholder engagement.
