•Develop and implement a social media strategy for Sephora channels aligned with local and central plans; define annual KPIs and break them down by campaign.
•Create and execute content across channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest) based on local and central strategy, business goals, and channel-specific needs.
•Own the end-to-end social visibility calendar (annual marketing plan, launches, activations) and ensure timely delivery of content.
•Adapt central materials and supervise local production of content content; coordinate planning, creation and publishing of engaging videos, posts, carousels, graphics and educational materials.
•Drive social performance—measure reach, engagement, and KPI results, and optimize campaigns; coordinate influencer campaigns, PR shipments, and collaboration with the agency and other departments.

•Minimum 2-3 years in a similar social media/digital role within beauty/fashion (agency, junior account manager, or client side).
•At least 2 years collaborating with influencers: paid campaigns, seeding, content production, events, managing major projects.

•Excellent knowledge of platform specifics and tools: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest.
