Job Summary

Lead large, complex new product development (NPD) projects within Alfa Laval’s Hygienic Fluid Handling business. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, operations, sourcing, quality, and commercial groups to deliver innovative products on scope, timeline, budget, and risk. Act as the central internal point of contact, facilitate steering committee decisions, and maintain project documentation and reporting while improving governance and project practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead large, complex NPD projects with structured execution and clear ownership across the project lifecycle.
•Facilitate collaboration across engineering, product management, operations, quality, sourcing, and commercial teams to deliver products to market.
•Drive project planning, execution, and follow-up aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
•Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.
•Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, coordinate decision-making/steering committee meetings, and maintain project documentation and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience managing complex product development or R&D projects in an industrial environment.
•Strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and project execution skills.
•Project Management Certification (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Scrum, Lean, Agile) is an advantage.
•Technical background, preferably with engineering experience.
•Degree in Engineering, Business, or another relevant STEM field, with business-level English proficiency.
