•Develop a deep understanding of the recruitment needs across teams and key skills; build candidate profiles for talent pools.
•Source, qualify, and engage top candidates from our database of hundreds of thousands of profiles.
•Design and run activation campaigns with segmentation, content, sequencing, and measurement to improve talent pooling.
•Monitor and analyze talent pipeline quality using reports/dashboards in collaboration with Talent Analytics.
•Collaborate with recruiters and operational teams to streamline recruitment processes and contribute to ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects.

•Continuously analyze the quality of the talent pipeline using reports and dashboards, in close coordination with the Talent Analytics team.
•Work hand in hand with recruiters and operational communities to streamline recruitment processes.
