Job Summary

Own merchant accounts for the FBT program on TikTok Shop, proactively onboarding merchants and managing their day-to-day needs. Run daily inquiries, monthly business reviews, inventory planning support, inbound shipment coordination, and billing issue resolution. Drive continuous improvement by synthesizing merchant feedback, performing root-cause analysis, and proposing operational/product changes. Build long-term, trust-based relationships to increase FBT adoption and utilization.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and engage target merchants, articulate the FBT value proposition, and onboard merchants.
•Handle day-to-day merchant account operations including daily inquiries, monthly business reviews, inventory planning support, inbound shipment assistance, and billing issue resolution.
•Continuously gather and synthesize merchant feedback into actionable insights.
•Conduct root cause analysis to identify gaps between merchant needs and business/product capabilities; propose improvements and drive implementation.
•Build and maintain trust-based merchant relationships to increase FBT adoption and utilization rates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above.
•5+ years of experience in merchant operations with solid logistics fulfillment knowledge.
•At least 3 years working with B2B logistics platforms in China, the US, or Europe in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
•Proven experience managing and supporting Chinese e-commerce merchants and understanding cross-border logistics pain points.
•Broad knowledge of e-commerce logistics domains including warehouse operations, first-mile logistics, express delivery, returns, and logistics customer service.
