Build the data foundation for the identity layer by designing, operating, and scaling Persona’s datalake and data pipelines. Own streaming and batch ingestion, change-data-capture, storage layout, and compute through the query layer—driving performance, reliability, and cost efficiency at massive scale. Set technical direction, lead complex infrastructure projects, mentor engineers, and partner across engineering, data science, and infrastructure to deliver real-time, low-latency serving capabilities.
