Job Summary

Lead enterprise and transformation architecture for Public and Energy organizations, creating target architectures and transformation roadmaps for systems with high requirements for stability, security, and governance. Derive solution architectures for delivery teams and stakeholders up to C-level, define architecture vision and governance models across business, application, data, and technology layers, and support pre-sales for complex bids. Coach and coordinate architects and strengthen the Enterprise Architecture practice.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop holistic target architectures and transformation roadmaps for critical systems in the Public and Energy sectors focused on stability, security, and governance.
•Translate target architectures into implementable solution architectures for delivery teams, lead developers, and solution architects.
•Partner with business and IT stakeholders up to C-level, moderating interests and establishing sound decision foundations.
•Define architecture visions, principles, blueprints, and governance models across business, application, data, and technology layers.
•Bring enterprise-architecture expertise into pre-sales, complex tenders, and bid processes; coach architects and grow the Enterprise Architecture practice.

Key Requirements

•Completed IT studies or comparable qualification with experience in public or regulated environments and complex stakeholder/decision structures.
•At least 10 years of enterprise architecture experience, ideally in IT consulting or large complex organizations.
•Ability to translate business models, processes, and technologies into consistent target visions from a business perspective.
•Strong architecture decision-making under uncertainty and the ability to handle ambiguity.
•Experience with enterprise architecture standards and methods such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, SAFe, COBIT, arc42, or comparable approaches.
