Support the development and continuous improvement of our Client Services platform by gathering business requirements, maintaining documentation, and assisting with stakeholder communications. •Support Client Service Product Owner in requirement collection, user story preparation and backlog refinement.

•Maintain and update process-related documentation.
•Collaborate closely with Product, IT, UX/UI, and Business teams.
•Assist in backlog grooming and sprint planning as part of Agile practices.

•Master’s degree in a STEM-related field would be considered a plus.
•Strong interest in digital product development and client-focused platforms.
•Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
•Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
