Key Responsibilities

•Advise on legal questions in national and international business with a focus on contract, purchase, and product liability law
•Draft and review contracts, delivering solutions that ensure legal certainty while considering a multinational company’s requirements
•Contribute ideas around AI applications and LegalTech to develop more efficient legal workflows
•Support the implementation of new EU regulations from analysis to practical application and help communicate legal requirements across the company
•Provide legal assessments, statements, and presentations to guide diverse audiences and support informed decisions

Key Requirements

•Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) or business-lawyer (Wirtschaftsjurist) with a Master's degree
•Initial professional experience, ideally in a corporate environment
•Interest in business context of legal questions and ability to see legal issues in a business context
•Ability to structure complex legal topics, work carefully, and maintain overview with multiple tasks
•Proficient communication in German and English
