Own product lifecycle management from concept through launch and post-launch support, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Manage and mentor a team, drive cross-functional alignment across product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, optimize processes, mitigate delivery risks, and monitor performance metrics for continuous improvement.
