Key Responsibilities

•Lead design, build, testing, and support of full-stack solutions across responsive UIs, Java services, RESTful APIs, and relational database layers.
•Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and platform teams to ensure delivery of secure, reliable, maintainable, high-performing applications.
•Guide engineers and influence technical decisions across React front-end, Java backend, API integrations, and database interactions.
•Drive engineering best practices including code reviews, unit and integration testing, CI/CD adoption, secure coding, performance tuning, debugging, and observability.
•Mentor engineers and manage delivery risks through technical discussions, stakeholder alignment, and incident analysis/production support practices.

•Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including schema design, joins, stored procedures, indexing, query optimization, and data integrity.
