Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a two-car hauler to deliver vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • •Load, transport, and unload vehicles at designated locations to ensure timely deliveries.
  • •Facilitate home delivery transactions, including paperwork and customer handoff.
  • •Perform condition checks and verify vehicles meet CarMax cosmetic standards before delivery.
  • •Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain accurate logs and documentation in compliance with company requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •21 years of age or older with a valid state-issued driver’s license.
  • •Clean driving record with no more than 6 penalty points in the last three years.
  • •1+ year of customer service experience and 1+ year of delivery driving experience or CarMax experience.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate a manual transmission, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • •Must possess or obtain a DOT Medical Card within 28 days of hire.
