Head Nurse - OPD (Ajman)

Oversee safe, appropriate, and effective patient care in the OPD unit. Use assessment data to determine nursing interventions, prioritize needs, implement actions, and evaluate outcomes, including developing or revising plans of care. Coordinate clinical activities when assigned to charge nurse, collaborate with nursing supervisors on staffing, maintain accurate real-time records, facilitate patient education, and act as a clinical resource and nursing representative in multidisciplinary rounds.
