  • •Manage and control performance, cost, and capacity of external fulfillment logistics providers (3PL)
  • •Monitor and analyze customer experience and delivery performance; maintain KPIs and SLAs with 3PLs
  • •Lead major MENA operations projects across fulfillment, supply chain, and transportation to support business growth
  • •Drive process improvements and cost optimization with internal and external partners
  • •Optimize import container flow with Amazon Global Logistics and contribute to contract negotiations

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques
