Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide oversight of construction effort and support internal teams and stakeholders with progress reporting.
  • •Manage direct contracts and budgets to ensure alignment with cost budgets.
  • •Ensure projects adhere to health and safety regulations through regular site inspections and audits.
  • •Identify and address quality, safety, health, and environmental issues, and proactively manage HSE-related risks.
  • •Coordinate construction planning and delivery activities including project plans, reporting, meeting minutes, RFI/submittals, and compliance documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.
  • •Proven experience implementing and monitoring project HSE plans or contractor site safety plans.
  • •Excellent time management skills to deliver projects to quality standards, on time.
  • •CCM certification preferred; OSHA 30 and OSHA 500/510 plus BCSP and CPR certifications preferred.
