•Generate concepts, perform engineering calculations and make a detailed design.
•Design mechanical layouts for electrical panels/components, including mounting arrangements, enclosure sizing, and thermal management.
•Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings.
•Understand the ventilation product and working principle.
•Prepare and maintain BOMs, mechanical drawings, and manufacturing documentation.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Mechanical Design related to structural design, enclosures and installation.
•Proficiency in Creo software.
•Experience with PLM tools like Teamcenter and Windchill.
•Knowledge of ISO GPS, GD&T principles and tolerance stack up analysis.
•Understanding of electrical components layout, thermal management, and mechanical manufacturing processes.
