Propulsion Thermal Analyst (Raptor Combustion Devices)

Ensure the thermal reliability of Raptor components across extreme environments from liftoff to landing. Conduct thermal analyses using FEA and first-principles, own thermal design from early modeling through validation with ground tests, flight, and orbital data, and verify models against test results. Collaborate across engineering and testing teams to qualify new designs and support ongoing manufacturing and reliability improvements for the Starship rocket engine.
