Plan and develop hydropower and pumped storage projects from feasibility studies through Detailed Project Report (DPR) preparation, statutory approvals, and ongoing coordination. Produce cost, schedule, and engineering documentation, coordinate inputs from multidisciplinary investigations, and manage the approval process with agencies including CEA, CWC, and MoEF&CC.

•Prepare and review Pre-Feasibility Reports (PFRs), Feasibility Reports (FRs), and Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for hydropower and pumped storage projects.
•Conduct technical due diligence, site assessments, layout optimization, and engineering studies to evaluate project alternatives.
•Develop project cost estimates, implementation schedules, quantity estimates, and engineering documentation.
•Coordinate and review inputs from geological, geotechnical, hydrological, hydraulic, topographical, and survey investigations required for project development.
•Coordinate approvals by preparing technical documentation for CEA, responding to TEC observations, and liaising with agencies including CWC and MoEF&CC.

•Extensive experience obtaining techno-economic concurrence from the Central Electricity Authority (CEA) and coordinating with statutory/regulatory agencies.
