Job Summary

Deliver enterprise content management (ECM) solutions for financial services clients by analyzing business goals and operational needs, defining solution scope, and configuring Nautilus ECM. Create client-facing documentation across the ECM lifecycle, facilitate requirement-gathering meetings, and produce test and training materials to drive user adoption. Partner with program and product, development, and project teams to meet milestones, improve client workflows, and identify opportunities for additional services.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze client business goals, operational needs, and process requirements to define solution scope and recommend implementation approaches.
•Create client-facing project documentation including scope documents, business requirements, gap analyses, test plans, test scripts, and training materials.
•Facilitate client meetings throughout the ECM project lifecycle to gather requirements, review progress, and support implementation activities.
•Configure Nautilus ECM and deliver workflow processing and product-specific training to support user adoption and operational readiness.
•Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to meet milestones and timelines, and identify opportunities for additional professional services or solution modules.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in professional services, business consulting, banking operations, financial operations, or a related financial services environment.
•5+ years analyzing business goals, documenting requirements, and translating client needs into configured technology solutions.
•5+ years facilitating client meetings and producing implementation documentation and test/training materials across the project lifecycle.
•Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote, Project, SharePoint, SQL, or similar business and reporting tools.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
