Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Name Screening and Payment Screening product area across onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and transactions for customers and counterparties.
  • •Set product strategy and align a clear roadmap for fiat-to-fiat, fiat-to-crypto (stablecoins), crypto-to-crypto, and card spend screening.
  • •Optimize sanctions, PEP, and adverse-media list sources; improve fuzziness scores using data and research.
  • •Leverage AI-driven approaches for screening precision, including risk-based matching, alert scoring, suppression, and de-duplication strategies.
  • •Partner with Compliance, Engineering, and Data Science on explainable, audit-ready controls; support regulatory reviews and manage vendor integrations.
