Senior Manager, Human Resources

Lead end-to-end HR for a HelloFresh location by partnering with Operations leaders to shape culture and drive core HR programs. Own performance management coaching, employee engagement, and insights from off-boarding and exit interviews. Manage front-line HR operations including benefits, compensation support, leaves, worker’s compensation, HR data management, employee relations, and compliance with federal/state/local employment laws. Lead and develop a small HR team while delivering training and supporting staffing and recruiting needs.
