Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and new product development as per product idea developed product management.
  • •Assist in development of new products as per inputs from product management and senior R&D team.
  • •Conduct laboratory trials for concrete admixtures and specialty products.
  • •Support formulation development, evaluation, and optimization of products.
  • •Perform routine testing of raw materials and finished products as per IS / ASTM / EN standards.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc degree in Chemistry or BE in Chemical Engineering or Material Science
  • •Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product development in chemical manufacturing for concrete admixture products
  • •Familiarity with IS, EN and ASTM testing methods and standards for raw materials and finished product
  • •Proficient use of SAP
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized with attention to detail
