Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine and advanced maintenance on BEUMER ICS components and third-party interfacing equipment.
  • •Diagnose and resolve faults across mechanical, electrical, and control subsystems using structured troubleshooting.
  • •Respond to system interruptions (carrier jams, sensor faults, control logic errors) with resets and root cause analysis.
  • •Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance aligned with BEUMER standards and OEM documentation.
  • •Interface with SAC/PLC systems, inspect system health via diagnostic tools and dashboards, maintain maintenance/fault/spare-part logs, and support upgrades.
  • •Adhere to Health, Safety, and Quality Control standards including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical or mechanical degree/technical certificate or equivalent experience.
  • •0–2 years of hands-on experience in automated material handling systems, preferably in airport or logistics environments.
  • •Must be eligible to obtain and maintain airside security clearance.
  • •Deep understanding of mechatronic systems (sensors, actuators, motors, and controls).
  • •Proficiency with BEUMER SAC systems and PLC programming (Siemens preferred) plus fault diagnostics and industrial protocols (Profinet, CANbus, Fieldbus).
